At Fairway Home Services, we don’t do cookie-cutter houses or stick-built spec homes. Every custom home we build is unique, designed around your lifestyle, vision, and needs. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, we guide you through a fun, collaborative process that ensures your home is functional, beautiful, and built to last.
Our Process
We start by getting to know your vision. You’ll work with a draftsman to plan the layout and customize existing plans to meet code and your personal preferences. We walk the property with you, discussing how the exterior and interior should come together—if you want one look outside and another inside, we make it happen.
As construction progresses, you remain involved every step of the way.
We’ll accompany you to vendor appointments for flooring, kitchens, or any selections of your choice, review all fixtures and finishes with you, and make adjustments to fit your budget. Communication is constant—you’ll hear from us at least twice a week, and you’re welcome to call or visit the site anytime. While you finalize selections, we’re handling permits, site prep, and construction so your project moves forward efficiently.
