As involved as you want to be. We communicate regularly—at least twice a week—and you’re welcome to call, visit the site, and attend vendor appointments with us at no additional cost.
We start by assessing your home’s structure—the “bones.” This helps us identify opportunities and limitations before developing a thoughtful plan.
We’re honest. If a structure isn’t worth expanding or renovating, we’ll tell you. Our goal is to guide you toward the best long-term investment, even if that means adjusting the original plan.
