After retiring from the military, Marty Johnson did a complete rebuild of his own home in The Woods. When a neighbor asked for help with a garage project, word spread quickly—Fairway became known as the team that shows up, does the work right, and stands by every promise. Today, that same commitment to honesty, quality, and dependable service guides everything we do. Marty and his team are often called in to fix or finish projects left behind by other contractors—a testament to the trust the community places in Fairway’s expertise.

We take pride in building relationships that last long after the final walkthrough. Our work at St. Bernadette’s Church in Hedgesville transformed a 900-square-foot gathering space into a beautiful 6,000-square-foot sanctuary—complete with pews, stained glass, and room for a growing congregation, with over $100K donated in time and materials. At Winter Camp Park in The Woods, Marty helped to establish a place for families and neighbors to connect, donating materials, labor, and even a banquet tent for community events.
